A computer glitch delays United Flights at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Weather causes some delays in the Northeast (PHL, EWR, BOS)
July 2, 2009, 9:30 A.M. - A computer glitch is evidently causing flight delays and check-in counter problems with long lines at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). This also seems to be impacting some related airlines and codeshare flights as well. So be sure to check on your flight before you leave for the airport, but also plan on some extra time until the lines are reduced. Also, bad weather is causing some delays for flights in Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), so be sure to check on flights arrival and departure times on-line before heading to the airport. Have a safe holiday weekend!
