BETHESDA, MD – Innovative and exciting dining venues are joining the recent addition of Starbucks Coffee at Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). HMSHost, a world leader in travel dining and shopping, today announced the opening of La Brea Bakery, Dewar’s 12th Fairway Bar & Grill, Zia, Celebrity Bistro and a California Vintages Wine Bar, bringing energy and excitement to the airport’s restaurant program.
In addition to a refurbished Celebrity Bistro, the new PSP food and beverage program includes:
• La Brea Bakery, a renowned Southern California favorite for more than 20 years, offers a menu of European-inspired hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads, and award winning pastries all made with exceptional ingredients. Complementing La Brea Bakery is the adjacent Palm Springs Tap Room, which offers travelers a cold beer and other adult beverages to enjoy with a La Brea Panini or salad.
• California Vintages – This refreshing, seasonal location draws traveling wine connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike to its outdoor setting to enjoy their favorite vintage by the glass or other superb spirits.
• 12th Fairway Bar & Grill, a welcome respite for the golf aficionado, featuring a full service restaurant incorporating the sophistication of a traditional golf clubhouse combined with the ambiance of an American bar and grill. The menu includes a selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items including traditional sandwiches, entrées and salads, plus a full bar specializing in unique Dewar’s scotch selections.
• Zia - An exciting new brand created to cater to health conscious consumers, Zia offers an extensive variety of nutritional, high performance, great tasting portable products, including fruit-filled smoothies, soft serve frozen treats, high performance snacks and freshly prepared juice parfaits.
