Delta Sky Clubs have opened at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) in Terminal 2 and at Miami International Airport (MIA) in the Terminal H & J Connector

Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) and Miami International Airport (MIA) - December 2009 -- A new Delta Sky Club opened at Raleigh-Durham International Airport this week to replace the one which was previously located on Terminal 1. The Sky Club provides members and their guests with Wi-Fi, personalized flight assistance, a full-service bar and satellite TV. In Miami International Airport, a new Delta Sky Club is located in the Terminals H and J Connector. The new airport Club features a shower suite and luggage room in addition to standard Club amenities.

Additionally, people who have purchased a Delta Sky Club 1 day or 30 day pass now have 60 days from the date of purchase or expiration respectively to apply the cost of the pass to an annual or 3 year membership.

The food drive will take place from Monday, Oct. 6, through Friday, Oct. 31. Miami Airport Fast Park travelers parking at the facility will receive $1 off per non-perishable food item donated, with a maximum discount of $3 per stay at the facility. Miami ranks third among large cities in the United States with 35 percent of the population living in poverty. Forty-two percent of the children in the city of Miami live in homes with incomes below the poverty level and 59.8 percent of Miami-Dade County public school children were eligible for free or reduced-cost lunches last year. Food banks across the country are struggling to keep up with demand this year, according to a survey conducted by Feeding America. More residents are in need of help due to the economic slowdown, rising food prices and cutbacks at their jobs.

Fast Park has partnered with Feeding America's member food banks in each of its off-site airport parking facilities across the country.

Facilities are located at airports in Albuquerque, Cincinnati, Memphis, Orlando, Austin, Cleveland, Miami, Raleigh-Durham, Baltimore, Houston, Milwaukee, and Tucson.

Miami travelers are asked to bring their non-perishable food items to the airport parking facility and give them to a cashier upon exit. The cashier will then apply the appropriate food drive discount (up to $3).
