Los Angeles, California – April 8, 2010 - Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and CMS Hospitality Corporation today celebrated the opening of Daniels Bistro + Bar – a full-service restaurant offering California inspired cuisine – at Los AngelesInternationalAirport (LAX).

Daniels Bistro + Bar is located at the newly renovated Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) on the Lower/Arrivals Level. Daniels Bistro + Bar offers a California menu with breakfast, paninis, sandwiches, pizza, salads and handmade crepes in a bar, restaurant, and lounge atmosphere. The Bistro’s espresso bar features “Velvet Hammer” and other specialty coffees made from beans roasted exclusively for Daniels Bistro + Bar. The bar offers premium wines, draft and bottled beers, and signature cocktails.

Adding to the Bistro atmosphere is a 20-foot by 20-foot video public arts wall highlighting scenes of California and abstract art and panoramic views created by local artists.

Daniels Bistro + Bar is the latest addition to the food service offerings at LAX. The Bistro joins other dining options including local Los Angeles favorites: Pinkberry, Gladstone’s 4 Fish, La Brea Bakery, and On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina.
