Las Vegas Traffic Related Information and Traffic Reports(Top)

Ah, Traffic. One of the biggest delays in day to day life. Be it on local roads, freeways, highways or turnpikes, there are a variety of traffic impediments that one can encounter. These include construction delays, accidents, road closures, and volume traffic delays. These links will help you anticipate traffic and its obstacles to plan alternate routes to minimize your delays, or at least to accurately estimate your travel time. For those new to Las Vegas, you will quickly realize that traffic here is somewhat different than elsewhere. Since the city operates 24 hours a day, people are active at all hours, with the tourists and tourist related activities more active during the night and on weekends than during the day. Secondly, since people work 'round the clock, many more people are commuting for the atypical shifts like "swing" and "graveyard" than in most other cities. So before you head out, whether for work or entertainment, especially if you are new to town, it is important to check a Las Vegas Traffic Report. Fortunately, we have provided a few links for you to use.

Try this link for a Las Vegas Traffic Report, including the Greater Las Vegas area. Map has a zoom feature. Click on a yield sign to find out the delay. Information provided by Microsoft Live Search Maps.
